We recently had a romantic escape to a tranquil hotel nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Black Forest. We took long walks in the enchanting trails that were right outside the hotel door. The hotel was located conveniently, with easy access to nearby slopes. The food was delicious and well-sized. We enjoyed the afternoon selection of cakes, especially as we relaxed in the clean and spacious room. the friendly and attentive staff made our stay perfect.
Some things did not meet our expectations at this hotel. Although the employees did their best to put on a friendly face, the deserted off-season feeling coupled with the aggressive no-refund policy made us feel uneasy.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food. the breakfast buffet was great, and there were several options to choose from. We were surprised by the variety of snacks offered in the afternoon, which were a nice touch. the location was superb, with stunning views from the room and plenty of nearby slopes for winter activities. the bathroom was well designed, and the towels were fresh and fluffy.
The internet connection was slow, making it hard to get work done.

We had a lovely stay, with a spacious and clean room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and there were plenty of tasty options on the breakfast buffet. The hotel's location was perfect, with beautiful scenery and convenient transportation.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Amazing food, cozy atmosphere, and great location! the breakfast offered a variety of bread and pastries, and the restaurant served traditional dishes with a unique twist. the atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and perfect for a city break. the location was great as it was close to hiking trails and other outdoor activities.
That the hotel was located on a busy road, which could be inconvenient at times. the lack of a lounge or play area for children was a downside for families traveling with small kids.
